About Me
The Hands Behind the Work
I believe healing is a return — not a destination.
I'm a licensed massage therapist based in the area, offering in-home sessions for people who are ready to slow down and come back to themselves. My work is rooted in the belief that the body holds everything — our stress, our grief, our joy — and that intentional touch can help us process what we carry.
My Approach
Unhurried. Intuitive. Present.
Every session begins with listening. I take time to understand where you are — physically, emotionally, and energetically — before I ever lay a hand. My approach blends Swedish technique, grief massage, and somatic awareness to meet your body exactly where it is. Nothing is forced. Everything is held.
Safety first
You are always in control. Sessions move at your pace, with your comfort as the guide.
Whole-person care
I see the person, not just the muscle. Emotional and physical healing are inseparable.
Presence over protocol
I don't follow a script. I follow your body — adapting in real time to what it needs.
Training & Credentials
Grounded in education, guided by intuition.
I am a licensed massage therapist with training in Swedish massage, grief massage, prenatal bodywork, and grief-informed somatic care. I hold continuing education in trauma-sensitive touch and am committed to ongoing learning in the field of grief and loss. My practice is fully insured and compliant with all state licensing requirements.
This work is personal.
I came to massage therapy through my own experience of loss and healing. I know what it feels like to need a space that is safe, quiet, and without expectation. That is what I aim to create for every person I work with — a place where the body can finally exhale.
Let's work together.
I'd love to support you. Booking is simple — choose a time and I'll take care of the rest.
